Shipping Time

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Most in stock orders will arrive within 3-4 business days within the contiguous U.S. If we are out of stock of an item, it will not be listed as all parts listed are available for purchase and ready to ship.  A product that is available for sale does not reflect our actual inventory as it’s constantly changing.

 When a package is in transit, shipping times DO NOT include weekends. All orders are shipped complete. 

Flat rate Shipping Cost Calculation

The shipping costs for orders will be shown when customers go through our checkout process. 

UPS and USPS is our carrier of choice.

Core Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required. Cores need to be sent back within their original packaging in order to be eligible for refund. Cores should be sent back to the address found on our contact us page. The package label should include “Core (your order number” 

Canada & International Shipping

UPS and USPS is our carrier of choice. Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or brokerage fees which will be due at the time of delivery. This amount is in addition to the shipping charges paid on your order..

International shipping is registered as Diplomatic goods.

FAQs

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

If we sent you the wrong part, we’ll make it right. If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to return it to us. Contact us for a return authorization number. We’re more than happy to go over the order and get you the part you need.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

No problem. Please email us at moparpartssales012@gmail.com and our customer service department will help make the necessary changes you need.

What if I never receive an order?

Look up the tracking number to see where your package ended up. If it ended up somewhere else, email us at moparpartssales012@gmail.com and we’ll figure something out. If it was delivered at your address, it’d be best to contact the shipping carrier to find out what happened.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Refusing a shipment is not the proper way to return it. Instead of refusing shipment, just accept the shipment and then contact us for a return authorization. If you refuse a shipment, we may charge you a fee for doing so.

Please note: In the unlikely event an additional charge is necessary, one our staff members will contact you, via email or phone, with an exact amount of the additional charge for your approval. This will be done prior to shipping. We will always keep charges for shipping and handling to a minimum
